The Aceso Story

Aceso Physical Therapy was named after the greek goddess  Aceso, who was known as the goddess of healing and represents the process of healing rather than the cure or "fix" itself.

Too often we are told by our medical providers of our limitations and are instructed to either accept those limitations by cutting out our favorite activity, have invasive procedures or take medications which often times only mask the problem.

At Aceso Physical Therapy we are on a mission to change this and put the "I know I can attitude!" back into peoples lives, so they can live vibrantly!

We believe everyone has the potential to move better, feel more confident in movement and improve one's physical performance when truly listened to and given the right guidance and tools.

Hi, I’m JOdi!

Founder and Physical Therapist at Aceso PT

Having learned the importance of active listening as well as the benefit of hands on care early on in my career as a physical therapist, I’ve furthered my training, specializing in manual therapy and pelvic health to help women at any level achieve their goals.

Throughout my career I have strived to form meaningful relationships with each of my patients, focusing on the whole person rather than just a diagnosis to help them improve holistically . I understand that every person has their own unique pain journey; that recovery and healing will be different for everyone and thus so should the treatment they receive. Therefore, each plan of care is customized specifically to meet the unique needs of each person.

I love staying active with my husband and two children through hiking, running, boating/water skiing, playing golf or pretty much anything outside in nature.

Our mission is to empower women to regain confidence in their bodies and live life to the fullest. We do this by providing a holistic approach to healing that emphasizes non-invasive and medication-free solutions. Our goal is to help our clients break free from limitations and achieve optimal wellness.
